BKWI is a government agency in the Netherlands supporting information exchange between the Departments of Employment and Social Security. The agency currently provides more than 18,000 Dutch public sector employees from multiple departments with access to Dutch citizens' records relative to employment benefits and welfare entitlements.
Organization need
Improve the efficiency and convenience of government services to citizens by making the various discrete pieces of information available in disparate departmental systems relating to employment benefits accessible through a single interface
